FOUNDER
Jewel Millard
Jewel was born and raised in the Grand Valley (with one short detour to Chicago that reminded her how much she missed the mountains!) Cleaning & organizing didn’t always come naturally to Jewel; she struggled to find a system that worked best for her. As a neurodivergent woman with Autism and a touch of ADHD, Jewel knows firsthand how clutter, disorganization, and general messes can get overwhelming fast! That is why she developed a system that works really well for her particular brain. Her passion for helping others find a system that works for them is a service she loves to give to her community. Jewel excels in providing one-on-one consults to understand what each client needs so their home feels like a place of ease and comfort.
For Jewel, organizing isn’t just about “making it look nice,” it’s about creating zones and systems that actually make sense for each person. That’s why she always includes her clients in the process. She doesn't believe in a "one size fits all" approach. Each person has their own organizational needs and cleaning goals. Her goal is to create spaces that feel sustainable, easy to maintain, and bring a sense of relief instead of stress.
When not cleaning or organizing, Jewel's second passion is practicing Ortho-Bionomy — a gentle bodywork modality that, much like cleaning, helps restore function and ease in a supportive way. She loves the overlap between the two: both are about helping people feel more comfortable and at ease in their daily lives. Besides work, you’ll usually find Jewel curled up with a book. She is the type who can easily read a whole book in a day when she gets hooked.
FOUNDER
Carrie Raissle
Carrie is originally from a small town in Georgia, but she’s been calling Colorado home for over 10 years. Drawn west by her love of river running, she spent years traveling and living outside before finally planting roots on the Western Slope. She has a passion for the outdoors and a deep love for the Grand Valley.
As a kid, Carrie was extremely messy, but life has a funny way of flipping the script. Now, as an adult (and a woman diagnosed with ADHD and Autism), she’s the complete opposite. Organizing and cleaning is her happy place, her de-stress ritual, and her superpower. With almost obsessive attention to detail (the good kind, not the scary kind), she finds genuine joy in transforming chaos into order. Somehow, she even manages to have fun while doing it.
Carrie believes every home is a sacred space meant for relaxation, safety, and love. She knows that between work, kids, pets, and Colorado adventures, cleaning can fall to the bottom of the list. That’s where she comes in: her mission is to help clients walk into a space that feels calm, welcoming, and completely their own.
She specializes in creating safe, anxiety-free environments while honoring each person’s unique organizational style. As a Registered Clinical Herbalist (AHG), Holistic Nutritionist, and Cosmetic Chemist, Carrie also formulates the non-toxic, pet-friendly products Clean Freaks! uses so your space not only sparkles, it stays healthy.
When she’s not “cleaning like a madwoman,” you can find her running wild in the desert, floating down a river, or hanging out with her trusty sidekick, Moki the pup. Carrie looks forward to meeting you and helping your home feel like the sacred sanctuary it’s meant to be.
Assistant Manager
Moki Maybelle
(aka Poo Pie, Moo Pie, Boo Bear, Boobilie-Bear, Moki-Bear, Mo-Bear)
Moki is originally from the Navajo Reservation outside of Page, AZ, so the desert runs in her blood. She was named after the ancient Moki (Moqui) steps carved into sandstone by Indigenous peoples. Rescued at just 7 weeks old, she and her mom Carrie have been inseparable ever since.
Moki takes her role as Assistant Manager very seriously. Her cleaning duties include licking the floor after meals, dripping water from her bowl to make mopping easier, and occasionally supervising naps in the sunny spots of the house.
She has a deep love for her Auntie Jewel (who has been part of her pack from the very beginning) and is the true secret sauce behind Clean Freaks! When she’s not overseeing “operations,” you can find Moki sprinting through the desert, snoozing in the shade of a piñon pine, or lounging like a queen on mom’s raft.
While she might be a little shy at first, she warms up quickly—and hopes she gets the chance to meet you soon. After all, every successful business needs a good floofy assistant manager.
